After receiving news of his friend Darryl Dwight passing away, Martin Garrix has released something new to share with fans how important a fellow producer can be when starting out.
Like Martin, Darryl was also an aspiring producer and the two even collaborated on a track together back in 2010. While Martin was only 14 years of age at the time, their track ‘Out Of The Earth’ was very well produced which showed that even at such a young age, Martin had talent.
Martin’s career has come a long way though and in his Facebook post Martin says he owes a lot of his progress to Darryl, writing:
“I just wanted to thank you for being who you are and how you’ve inspired me and so many other people. Love you.”
