Dance fans can now rejoice as one of the biggest albums of the year could soon arrive quicker earlier than expected. The Sony financial report released April 26 unveiled Calvin Harris’ new summer album is in the works and may be dropping before the end of June.
His last album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 was released two years ago, however, Calvin Harris has simultaneously produced and released a number of hit singles like ‘One Kiss’ with Duo Lipa, which reached #1 in more than 15 countries last year. He also recently celebrated the 10 year anniversary of his track, ‘I’m Not Alone’ with a special remix pack.
Details surrounding the project are currently under wraps and Calvin Harris has yet to officially announce the album or any information regarding tracks, features, or titles.
His last album featured some major star power with the likes of Pharrell, Katy Perry, Travis Scott, John Legendto name a few.
The report also included BTS, Khalid, Tyler the Creator and Mark Ronson on the roster for releases slated to be out before June 30. As of now, fans will just have to wait and see but this acts as confirmation that they should get ready for some bangers come this summer.
