Electric Gardens Phase 3 Lineup Revealed With Return to Rio Stage

T1000 Events has today announced that all of the music, magic and mayhem of Return to Rio will be making a triumphant return to the Electric Gardens festival.  Dubbed Australia’s most colourful fancy dress party, Return to Rio will be recreating its infamous one-of-a-kind party vibes at Centennial Park with a hotbed of international talent taking control of the ones and twos.

Ricky Cooper, Chief Mischief Maker of Return to Rio is overseeing proceedings and has handpicked the artists set to get the party pumping.  Leading the charge is Way Out West, the dynamic DJ duo comprised of Nick Warren and Jody Wisternoff.  Having not toured Australia since 2010, the Anjunadeep heroes will be taking revellers on a melodic journey showing why after more than two decades in the biz, they are still top of their game.

Continuing the seductive grooves is Tel Aviv’s Guy Mantzur.  As one of the top DJs and producers worldwide, the house and techno maestro is no stranger to playing at the world’s biggest clubs and festivals and has released tracks on respected labels including kompakt, Diynamic and Bedrock.

Patrice Bäumel is also confirmed to bring his infectious energy to Electric Gardens.  Festivalgoers will be treated to his signature ‘techno music for grown-ups’, designed to satisfy the mind and body.

Rounding off the Return to Rio bill is Dutchman Eelke Kleijn. The Days Like Nights label owner, is a rare talent, with work stretching across movie trailer scores, deep live shows and perfectly formed productions, he crosses the boundary from electronic producer to a true modern-day composer.

The Return to Rio arena is just one of four massive stages at the 2019 edition of the event.  Artists already announced include Underworld, Erick Morillo, Eats Everything, Patrick Topping, Matador, Mar-T, Bag Raiders and Set Mo Feat. Woodes, Asta and Thandi Phoenix.

The full program for the fourth edition of the festival is yet to be announced and will feature an eclectic selection of music from all four corners of the house, techno, trance and progressive music spectrum.  Previous artists have included the likes of Fatboy Slim, Armand Van Helden, MK, Sasha, Eric Prydz, Basement Jaxx, Nic Fanciulli and heaps more.
