A special laser projection tribute to the late Keith Flint will be held at the Serbian festival EXIT 2023.
“EXIT 2023 has announced The Prodigy, Skrillex, and Viagra Boys as some of its first headliners. The Prodigy recently made their return to live performances with a tour in the UK and will now be bringing their energy to the Serbian festival.
Keith Flint, the frontman of The Prodigy, passed away on March 4, 2019 at his home in Essex. Despite an investigation, the coroner was unable to determine the exact cause of death and issued an ‘open verdict,’ stating that there was insufficient evidence to conclude that he had taken his own life.
EXIT 2023 will pay tribute to Keith Flint with a special laser projection during The Prodigy’s set at the festival. Dušan Kovačević, the founder and CEO of EXIT, stated in a press release that although some believed The Prodigy would stop performing following Flint’s death, the festival team knew that this would not be the case. The tribute will honor the late musician and celebrate the enduring impact of The Prodigy’s music.
In addition to The Prodigy, EXIT 2023 will feature headlining performances by Skrillex, Viagra Boys, and CamelPhat. The festival will also include appearances by Cockney Rejects, Hot Since 82, LF System, Indira Paganotto, Keinemusik, and Mortal Kombat, with additional artists to be announced in the future.
EXIT 2023 will be held at the Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad, Serbia from July 6-9. Early bird tickets are available for purchase now, and starting on December 15, every ticket purchased for EXIT 2023 will include a pass for one of EXIT’s seaside festivals.
