Music festivals around the world are up and down. The small boutique festivals come and go, but it seems the larger festivals are certainly in high demand.
With the significant increase in the rise of Electronic Dance Music, the festivals are certainly stepping things up each year, not only in production but in ticket sales.
From Belgium’s Tomorrowland, Miami’s Ultra Music Festival, to Coachella and Australia’s Stereosonic, if you think you’re the only one who suddenly wants to attend as many big 3 day festivals in the world, well you’d be wrong.
According to ticketing company Viagogo, all festivals throughout the globe have seen a rapid surge in demand. A Viagogo spokesperson had this to say on the matter:
“We’ve seen overall demand for international festivals skyrocket on our site this year, as part of a growing trend for people to combine their summer holiday with a festival experience.”
