Alesso
Alessandro Lindblad, more commonly known as Alesso, is a DJ and dance music producer from Stockholm.
He’s too modest to say so, but it wouldn’t be an overstatement to call Alesso one of the biggest electronic artists in the world. The Stockholm native attracted the attention of EDM stalwarts like David Guetta, Armin van Buuren and Avicii with his bombastic debut EP, and soon became a close collaborator of Sebastian Ingrosso of Swedish House Mafia.
Numerous hit singles, hundreds of festival dates, and millions of SoundCloud and Spotify plays later, Alesso is riding a wave of popularity that shows no sign of crashing. His studio albums, Forever and Midnight Hour topped global dance charts and skyrocketed the Swede into superstardom.
With residencies at the world’s most iconic clubs, Alesso makes his way down under for a headline performance at Ultra Australia. Given the honour of closing the festival, Alesso is OZ EDM’s most anticipated performance for Ultra Australia this year and our team will no doubt be singing with you all in the crowd.
