Underworld – Barking
Barking is the eighth studio album by British electronic group Underworld.
Underworld‘s eighth album found the duo seeking outside production, which came in the form of a half-dozen dance heavyweights who pull the aging duo in several different directions, mostly pop, trance, and, occasionally, their native techno.
Each track on the album was written by band members Karl Hyde and Rick Smith in Essex, before being sent to producers well known for their contributions to trance, drum and bass and dubstep. ‘Barking’ saw Underworld team up with the likes of Mark Knight, High Contrast, Paul Van Dyk, Dubfire and more the help produce a collection of memorable dance anthems.
