Ben Böhmer & Anjunadeep announce the release of ‘Begin Again (Remixed)’, a collection of reworks from renowned and up & coming acts such as The Blaze, HAAi, Matador, MEUTE, niina, Rezident, and Barry Can’t Swim.
The ‘Begin Again (Remixed)’ campaign officially launches with French duo The Blaze, who debut on Anjunadeep with a stunning remix of Ben Böhmer and Gordi’s ’Slow Wave.’ On this new remix for Ben Böhmer, the duo showcases their emotional and captivating sound, with a warm and energetic production that perfectly complements Gordi’s unique and soft vocals.
The Blaze is a French duo, comprising producers, movie directors, and cousins Guillaume and Jonathan Alric. They made their debut in the electronic scene in 2017 with their EP ‘Territory’, which has now been streamed over 170M times. The stunning music video the duo worked on for the EP’s title track also received the Film Craft Grand Prix at Cannes the same year. In 2018 they released their debut album ‘Dancehall’ which received praise from The New York Times, NME, Rolling Stone, and Pitchfork to name a few, and has now accumulated over 160M streams.
Ben Böhmer’s sophomore album ‘Begin Again’ has now amassed over 38M streams, and his fully sold-out live world tour kicked off with shows at London’s Roundhouse, Paris’ Cabaret Sauvage, and Sydney’s Metro Theatre and is currently in the midst of an extensive North American run.
The Blaze Remix of ‘Slow Wave’ is out now on Anjunadeep. Reworks from HAAi, Rezident, niina, MEUTE, and Matador will follow on the ‘Begin Again (Remixed)’ package, out June 15 – pre-order here.
