While Australia still fights terrible bushfires sweeping the nation, a new fundraiser concert has just been announced to aid the support and recovery for millions of Australians.
Fire Fight Australia is set to hit Sydney’s ANZ Stadium on February 16th and host and all star lineup of the biggest names in music.
International guests Queen + Adam Lambert, Alice Cooper and KD Lang will perform alongside the likes of Amy Shark, Daryl Braithwaite, John Farnham, Olivia Newtown-John, Peking Duk, Illy, Pete Murray, Grinspoon and more.
Comedian Celeste Barber, will host the mammoth event; a well deserved spot after raising over $50 million with her own bushfire appeal.
A statement describes the concert as “a major musical event which will see globally renowned artists from Australia and around the world come together to perform and show solidarity with people whose lives have been disrupted by the bushfires.”
