Joyryde is currently one of the most raved about acts in the electronic sphere and BBE are pumped to announce a string of banging headline shows for the bass lord. Joyryde will be hitting Sydney, Brisbane and Perth’s Hidden Festival with his one of a kind C.A.R production, and Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra and Auckland for some electrifying DJ sets in January – February 2018.

Rated as one of the top 10 producers of 2016 by YourEDM, and supported by industry heavyweights like DJ Snake, Major Lazer, Dillon Francis, Knife Party and Skrillex, Joyryde is no stranger to bass. His C.A.R stage production, or ‘Calling All Rydrz’ remains unrivaled, featuring an impressive matte black Dodge Charger as a DJ booth, churning out everything from garage and house to UK Grime and Hip Hop. In addition, his cleverly crafted, high-energy DJ sets are sure to take his fans on a ride.

      After a whirlwind fourteen years in the dance music industry, famed Festival Trap founder Carnage has announced his retirement at the age of 31. Carnage’s groundbreaking work in the early 2010s helped usher in a new genre called “festival trap,” a thunderous, 808-heavy twist on the saturated electro music that dominated festivals at the time. Buoyed by a thriving SoundCloud community, festival trap quickly became a movement—and Carnage was its vanguard. While dance music was his primary focus, Carnage’s brushstroke painted a far more colorful mosaic in the music community. He operated as a prolific hip-hop producer, collaborating with a myriad of the world’s top rappers, such as Mac Miller, Migos, Rick Ross, Wiz Khalifa, Young Thug and Meek Mill, among many others. Lunar Electric is set to host the final two performances from Carnage after he announced his farewell to the dance music community earlier this month. Lunar Electric will take place in Parramatta Park in Sydney on June 4, followed by Doug Jennings Park on the Gold Coast on June 11, 2022.       Fred Again.. made his most recent show one to remember—by making his Boiler Room debut. The famed U.K. producer, who is quickly becoming a superstar in the electronic dance music space, turned up the heat and worked up a sweat in an intimate warehouse venue for Boiler Room. The London based performance was chock full of feverish button-mashing and a ton unreleased IDs. The DJ set came at a pivotal time for Fred Again.., who is readying last-minute preparations for his forthcoming album Actual Life 3 which is expected to release in a matter of weeks. After opening up with an unreleased collaboration with Swedish House Mafia, it was “look out below” as Fred again.. blitzed through a medley of groove-inducing tunes with an eager audience fanning a full 360° around him. The close quarters even led to a brief interruption, but he handled the situation and bounced back like a seasoned pro. The perrformances saw many special moments including Fred debuting an unreleased Skrillex bass house track. This track has been teased by Fred before, but the reaction is on another level this time around. With the iconic “my name is is Skrillex” before the drop, this banger detonates into a mad bass house groove that has the crowd going nuts (soon after, Yellow Shirt Guy makes a big mistake).       The wait is over! Acclaimed Australian electronic producer Golden Features today makes his highly anticipated return with his rousing new single “Touch” featuring Rromarin. Golden Features has turned out to be an apt name for the artist born Tom Stell, a nod to the gold mask he wears while performing. “Touch” marks the first taste of new music from Stell’s Golden Features, after a literal golden run since bursting onto the scene in 2014. Since his 2018 debut album SECT and the launch of 2020’s collaborative project BRONSON (with ODESZA), Stell felt creatively spent and needed time to recoup.
