Hermitude, Mashd N Kutcher, Lo’99 & More To Hit The Stage In Mackay This August for BE Social Fest.

BE Social will land on iconic venue Harrup Park, Mackay, on the 6th of August at the single warmest winter destination in Australia, expanding on its capacity from its previous year and welcoming a bigger festival to the tropical coastal city. With weather warm enough in the Whitsundays that even southern states will be quick to escape winter misery, locals are billing this to be the marquee event to hit the Central Queensland region this year. It is no secret why, but punters from all over will have to move quickly to secure tickets with the festival boasting acts such as: Hermitude, Middle Kids, Thundamentals, Mashd N Kutcher, Peach PRC, KLP and many more.

One of Australia’s most prized Hip Hop/Electronic acts, Hermitude adds to BE Socials incredible bill for the event’s second go around the sun. On the back of their new album ‘Mirror Mountain’, the crowd will be blessed to be the first festival to hear new music to support their all time cult classics. The writing process for the new album was all about taking back control over how and why they made music as Hermitude in the first place, fun fact, they succeeded. We can expect them to once again deliver an all time festival set ripping into new material and of course, having a boogie to hit song ‘The Buzz’, leaving fans in awe once again.

The Queen and Kings of Indie rock, Middle Kids will be back on the festival stage after winning Best Rock Album at the ARIA’s in 2021. With hits like Stacking Chairs, R U 4 ME, Questions and so many more, the Sydney based band will be belting out those gritty pop storytelling anthems Australia knows and loves. Joining the headliners will be Thundamentals, searching Mackay to see if in fact Sally still has two left feet, Peach PRC, the tik tok sensation with the best reasoning that God is a freak in recent times, Mashd N Kutcher (Dj Set) who are still running hot off of viral sensation cult classic ‘Get On The Beers’ and KLP… always bringing her energy.

Partnering with triple j for the first time, BE Social conveys a message of community togetherness. That could not have been depicted more accurately when the festival’s inaugural event was almost a complete washout in 2021. Thunderous storms rolled through Mackay and instead of being another festival torn apart through uncontrollable factors, event owner & director Michael Delaney rolled his sleeves up, moved the entire festival undercover and nervously waited. What happened next was nothing short of the exact reason this festival exists, the whole community of punters ran through the gates and had an all time night, motivating Michael to put everything into this year to give back to the community that make these events possible.

Anyma Unveils “ÆDEN” World Tour Dates
Italian electronic music visionary Anyma has announced an ambitious new global tour titled “ÆDEN,” set to roll out across 12 countries following the debut of his next-generation live show at Coachella this April. The melodic techno pioneer will headline the iconic festival on April 10 and 17, where audiences will witness the premiere of an entirely new audiovisual production; one described as his most advanced live concept to date. The Coachella performances will serve as the official launchpad for the wider ÆDEN World Tour.
