After months of impatient waiting, rumours, and numerous wish-lists, the time has come to lay your eyes on the official 2014 Stereosonic lineup.
Australia’s premiere dance festival once again presents a blockbuster roll-call of A-listers, fresh faces and scene legends to help kick off summer in the best way possible.
The travelling festival will make five stops across two weekends hitting Sydney and Perth on weekend 1, followed by Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane on weekend 2.
Stereosonic will once again play host to a variety of stages covering techno, trance, dubstep, electro, house and much more. As well as a few returning superstars, Stereosonic 2014 is also bringing some fresh new faces and arenas to make this year the most diverse yet.
The top of the bill comes with no surprise with chart toppers Calvin Harris and Tiesto headlining Day 1 with Skrillex, Steve Aoki, and Alesso taking top spots for Day 2.
Mad Decent head, Diplo, RL Grime, DJ Snake, DVBBS, Noisa and Foreign Beggars are just a select number of acts set to unleash a flurry of bass on Australian punters and along with the return of Destructo, there will be plenty of activity at the HARD stage this year.
The trance family will certainly be happy this year with the announcement of festival favourites Dash Berlin, Cosmic Gate, Orjan Nilsen and Andrew Rayel as well not only Psy-trance legend Simon Patterson, but the first-ever Australian appearance from New World Punx, the joint project of Markus Schulz and Ferry Corsten (and yes, both of them are playing solo too).
