Power Promoter’s Rodd Richards Presents, TMRW Events & Ministry of Sound Australia are joining forces and are proud to bring you NYD 2024 ‘Day One’ Reverence at the beloved Greenwood Hotel and Bar Four Hundred. In what will be a mini-festival type celebration featuring the world’s most legendary house duos, Basement Jaxx, who will return to Australia after their Sold-Out Australasian Tour earlier this year. Joining them will be the much loved Faithless, LTJ Bukem, Plump DJs, Dillinja, plus more to be announced.

Basement Jaxx are one of the world’s most respected dance acts. They are well renowned for their eclectic taste in music and DJ style, playing everything from house, garage, latin jazz and ambient techno, not to mention orchestral and anthemic sounds. Their hit Albums ‘Rooty’ (certified Gold in the UK and Australia) & ‘Remedy’ are classics til this day, spawning massive hits such as: ‘Jump N Shout,’ ‘Red Alert,’ ‘Rendez-Vu,’ ‘Bingo Bango,’ ‘Romeo,’ ‘Where’s Your Head At’ and more!

Faithless are among few club acts who’ve enjoyed sustained success over the years. Formed by Rollo and Sister Bliss and later adding vocalists Maxi Jazz (RIP) and Jamie Catto, their massive Top 10 UK hits including: ‘Salva Mea,’ ‘Insomnia,’ ‘Reverence,’ ‘God is a DJ’ and ‘We Come 1’ are club anthems still over 25+ years later.

LTJ Bukem is an innovator and played a huge role in the UK’s Drum n Bass scene in the early 90s. A breakbeat DJ, producer, musician and owner of the Good Looking / Looking Good stable of labels, he is known and loved for his mix of styles ranging from Detroit based techno, to jazz fusion and breakbeat-based house music vibes.

Plump DJs are pioneers of the breakbeat scene since the late 90s. They’ve been prolific since, releasing singles, compilations and remixes for the likes of Deadmau5, Mark Ronson, Fatboy Slim, Orbital and Stanton Warriors. They were residents at the famed Fabric Nightclub in London for 10 years. Their iconic Albums ‘A Plump Night Out’ & ‘Eargasm’ and mixed compilations ‘FabricLive.08,’ ‘Breakbeat Annual’ & ‘Global Underground’ are still beloved since their release in the early 2000s.

Dillinja is one of the stand-out Drum n Bass producers from the UK. With a string of hits including ‘Tear Off Your Chest, ‘Deadly Deep Subs’ and ‘Sovereign Melody,’ Dillinja (and Lemon D) went on to create Valve Recordings. Valve was one of the first pioneer labels to release Drum n Bass tracks. Dillinja has remixed artists for both underground and mainstream acts such as: Dizzy Rascal, Basement Jaxx, Bjork and the late David Bowie.

Anyma Unveils “ÆDEN” World Tour Dates
Italian electronic music visionary Anyma has announced an ambitious new global tour titled “ÆDEN,” set to roll out across 12 countries following the debut of his next-generation live show at Coachella this April. The melodic techno pioneer will headline the iconic festival on April 10 and 17, where audiences will witness the premiere of an entirely new audiovisual production; one described as his most advanced live concept to date. The Coachella performances will serve as the official launchpad for the wider ÆDEN World Tour. Building on Anyma’s reputation for cinematic storytelling and technological innovation, “ÆDEN” is said to fuse science fiction futurism with ancient mythological symbolism, continuing the thematic world-building that has defined his recent work.
