It’s official. Voting for 2015’s DJ Mag top 100 Djs is now open to the public.
Each year, DJ Mag runs the annual contest that enables fans to vote for who they believe the most talented artists are. The competition allowes each voter to rank their top 5 DJs.
The DJ Mag top 100 would not be the same without controversy over who is awarded the best DJ. While fans across the globe scramble to enter their votes, many industry representatives believe the list is not a true representation of skill, but rather shows which DJs can market themselves the best.
Either way, DJ Mag gives fans a chance to voice their opinions through the contest. Last year, the top 5 DJs were Hardwell, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Armin Van Buuren, Martin Garrix, and Tiesto.
Fans are asked to sign in to vote through either Facebook or Google+.
“Voting is now open for 2015’s Top 100 DJs, powered by 7UP! You can choose any five DJs, who you’ll need to rank in order from 1–5 (with 1 as your first choice).
In order to vote you’ll need to log in using either a Facebook or Google account. Only one vote per person is allowed. In order to keep the poll fair we’ll record the information from your computer to identify fraudulent votes.” -DJ Mag
