One of the hottest and most in-demand drum & bass acts in the world right now, DC Breaks return to Australia and New Zealand hot off the back of their massive new single ‘Breathe’. Joined by fellow RAM Records’ label-mate Frankee, who is embarking on his highly anticipated Australia/NZ debut, this easily one of the biggest drum & bass tours to hit Australia in 2016.
DC Breaks (UK)
Dan Havers and Chris Page met at Edinburgh University where they raved together and eventually bonded over their love for The Prodigy, post-jungle and the UK electronic scene. DC Breaks has since been championed by the likes of Annie Mac, Chase & Status, Sigma, Mistajam and many more. Hit club single like ‘Faithless’, ‘If This Is Love’ and ‘Lock In’, prove time and time again the duo’s immense talent, with their highly anticipated album set to drop this year. Remixing the likes of Lana Del Rey, Tinie Tempah, Lady Gaga and Paloma Faith, their highly sought after and inimitable sound puts DC Breaks at the top of the game and it looks as though 2016 is about to be their biggest year yet.
Frankee (UK)
Frankee may seem like a new face in the drum & bass scene but it is no surprise that David Franks was making music long before his big break. Gaining recognition through Ram Records with ‘Nevada’, a track created together with drum & bass dominator, Basher, Frankee went on to be invited to play his tracks to Andy C at Ram HQ. Named ‘Best Breakthrough Producer’ at the Drum and Bass Awards in 2014, releasing two hit singles, ‘Gully’ and ‘Away’, and touring across the UK and Europe with Australia and New Zealand in his sights, the future is incredibly bright for Frankee.
