Delta Heavy aka Ben Hall and Simon James are the most exciting duo to hit drum n bass dancefloors since Chase & Status and Nero. Although, if anything, their music is even harder and heavier, darker and more multi-textured. 2016 certainly hasn’t been an ordinary year for the UK bass act and the duo are about to shift things up a notch yet again. They kicked off the year with their debut album Paradise Lost, which launched straight into the top 10 electronic charts in the UK and US. The album was nothing short of groundbreaking.
An amazing summer saw Delta Heavy play everywhere from Glastonbury to the Warehouse Project, and as we approach the end of 2016, things certainly aren’t slowing down. The last 10 days have been extra exceptional for Hall and James. first there was the huge announcement of their upcoming BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, followed by the release of ‘Kill Room’ on RAM Records, a single that set the industry alight.
And now Delta Heavy will return to Australasia with the announcement of a massive 8-date tour this summer.
