Promoters of the Woodstock 50 festival have just dropped a bombshell out of no-where. The entire lineup has officially been revealed.
Set to be headlined by the likes of The Killers, Santana, Jay-Z, The Black Keyes, Cage The Elephant and more!
From a quick glance, hip hop, rock, pop, and country are strongly represented on the lineup with plenty of artists each representing their style. While the lineup is stacked with monster acts, one thing seems to be missing… dance music.
While Woodstock 99 managed to have major electronic acts including Fatboy Slim, Moby, and The Chemical Brothers; Woodstock 50 features no dance acts at all.
Many have noted it a strange move by event organisers considering the pulling power of some dance acts.
The festival also has a stacked lineup of younger artists including Halsey, Maggie Rogers and more; all prominently featured.
Tickets for Woodstock 50 will go on sale April 22nd. Complete information is available on the festival’s website.
