It’s been just over a week since Flume dropped his 38 minute mixtape out of nowhere and the Australian producer has been the talk of the town ever since.
To carry on the hype of new Flume music, he’s officially revealed his first new single since 2016, titled “Friends”.
Taking to the Triple J airwaves, Flume and collaborator Reo Cragun‘s new track is fresh. It varies from the tracks on last week’s mixtape and presents a more pop-focused influence. While Flume has revealed his new music would dabble from “both ends of the spectrum”, it sounds inspiring; while still maintaining the classic feel.
During the interview with Triple J, he confirmed that new music will be coming out in 2019. Flume was also listed in our top 10 artists to watch in 2019. Listen to “Friends” below!
